Allergy Information
Although grate care is taken to avoid any cross contamination, I only have a home kitchen and from time to time I use various ingredients which could cause an allergic reaction including nuts and gluten.
ALL Welsh Cakes and Barabrith contain Egg, Sugar and flour unless stated that I have used Gluten free flour, or the product is listed as vegan and again although care is taken to avoid any cross contamination I DO NOT have a Gluten Free / Allergen free kitchen and my kitchen and products are NOT CERTIFIED AS ALLIGEN FREE OR ALLERGY SAFE

All mail order items are labelled in accordance with trading standards guidelines and have a full list of ingredients and relevant allergy information, along with best before dates and storage instructions on the packing label.
