Flavour Menu

Perfectly Plain

The most basic form of a Welsh Cake. No fruit, no fuss, but who said plain was boring?
Buttery, soft and sweet. Perfect!

Something a bit Fruity

The traditional version of a Welsh Cake, a plain dough with added dried fruit and a pinch of spice, which gives an interesting flavour and texture.

Ooww Choky Orange

So this is where I started to have a bit of a play!
One of my favourite chocolate combinations has just become one of my favourite Welsh Cake combos! Chocolatey, Orangey, Yummy!

Oh Nuts!

Go nuts for toasted almond.
All of the texture and flavour of almond contained in a soft buttery Welsh Cake.

Tangy Orange & Cranberry

Sorry, but no this doesn’t count as one of your five a day, but who cares?
They taste amazing!

Autumn Comfort

Apple and Cinnamon and all things nice!
That would be sugar, butter, cinnamon ……

Lovely Lemon & Lavender

Traditionally lavender is used to calm and relax.
Now it’s for eating too! Still really relaxing though with a cup of tea and a comfy armchair

Bejewelled White Chocolate & Cranberry

Scattered with zingy cranberry and dotted with white chocolate, this flavour makes the Welsh Cake even more rich! Not that I ever thought it was possible, but it is really!

Something a bit Zingy

Zingy, zesty lemon coupled with poppy seeds gives a really interesting twist on a traditional bake
